With a foundation in both the business and legal sides of real estate, Joseph Soliman represents developers, lenders, owners and investors in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex real estate and finance transactions throughout the United States.

Joseph represents developers, owners, Fortune 500 technology companies and institutional real estate investment companies in all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisition, sales, financing, leasing, property management, construction and operation of all property types. He also advises institutional lenders on a broad range of finance transactions and workout matters. His passion for commercial real estate transactions stems from an early career as an engineer and construction manager for large commercial real estate projects, which also gives him a practical understanding of the lifecycle of complex projects.
