Alan Robin is a trusted advisor to real estate professionals who appreciate not only his broad experience, but also his pragmatic approach.

Alan represents many real estate investors, developers and users, as well as non-real estate corporate clients and law firms in connection with their real estate projects.

His expertise includes advising on property acquisitions, partnership formations, sale-leasebacks, project development, construction and leasing activities, lending and workouts. Additionally, he counsels several clients from Asia who invest in the United States and U.S.-based clients who invest in China.

Prior to joining the firm, Alan served as Associate General Counsel at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and he currently represents MetLife in many of its significant lending transactions throughout the country, including shopping centers, hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings and mixed-use projects.
