Jonathan Kennedy has built an active commercial leasing practice at the firm since 1987, dividing his work between representing tenants and landlords in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jon tenant work focuses primarily on the technology sector, with clients ranging from small startups to large, publicly traded entities, including some of the world’s fastest-growing companies. While much of his work is based in Northern California, he also manages transactions across the country and advises large institutional landlords with regional portfolios.
