An experienced litigator, Lydia Davenport represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, trade secrets, and other high-stakes business disputes. litigation in state and federal court, and in arbitrations.

Lydia represents clients in both affirmative and defensive intellectual property and commercial disputes in state and federal court, as well as arbitrations. Her  practice spans several industries, including technology companies, consumer goods, real estate, semiconductors, and construction.

As a former Division 1 track and field athlete, Lydia brings a team-oriented mindset and a strong drive to see matters through to the finish line, always focused on achieving the best result for her clients. Lydia also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil and human rights.
