Larisa Meisenheimer is a powerful and experienced litigator who handles complex and high-profile cases for both private companies and government entities.

Larisa, who is Co-Chair of Shartsis Friese’s Litigation Department, focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters with particular emphasis on litigation involving antitrust, unfair competition or contract disputes. She regularly handles all phases of litigation and arbitration, including dispositive and discovery motions, managing complex discovery (including electronic discovery), and litigating trials and arbitrations. She has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in unfair competition, trade secrets, fiduciary duty, environmental and contract disputes.

In addition, Larisa is adept at helping clients resolve disputes before litigation is filed through strategic negotiations.

Larisa spent time working in the District Attorney’s Office in Multnomah County (Portland, OR). As a prosecutor, she tried more than twenty cases as a first chair and made hundreds of court appearances for constitutional motions, bail hearings and other matters.
