Milton Vescovacci is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami and Coral Gables offices and a member of the firm's Corporate practice. He remains dedicated to bringing a holistic approach to his practice and to getting domestic and international deals negotiated and closed. Milton has over 24 years of legal experience counseling clients on the day to day legal operations and sales or acquisitions of their businesses and other material events. He has negotiated and closed numerous capital markets transactions, venture capital investments, mergers and company acquisitions, and joint venture for real estate projects and other types of commercial arrangements.
