Partner Lawrence Spector is co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Private Equity Practice, and is a member of the Corporate Group and Banking + Finance, Emerging + Start-Up Companies, Investment Management, and Mergers + Acquisitions Practices.

He has more than three decades of experience advising individuals, startup companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and small to middle-market companies, on a variety of transactional, securities, financing, governance and operational matters.
