Dan Moylan is Venable’s managing partner. Dan is a litigator who has extensive experience representing companies in financial services and complex commercial litigation. He also represents special litigation committees and boards of directors in conducting investigations under Delaware, New York, and Maryland law. He advises individuals—personally and as trustees—in trusts and estates, and in other private wealth litigation.
