Lisa Bessekik

Lisa Bessedik joined Ogletree Deakins in December 2025 as an Associate in the Employment Law team. Admitted to the bar in 2022, she advises French and international companies on a broad range of employment law matters, both in advisory work and litigation, covering individual and collective labor relations. Lisa regularly assists clients in the context of restructurings and employee transfers, as well as in business acquisition transactions. She also supports employers in negotiating terminations, including those involving executives and senior managers, in organizing employee representative elections, and in managing pre- and post-election disputes. She represents employers before labor and civil courts and provides day-to-day advice on employment law matters, in particular with respect to individual and collective dismissals, discrimination, harassment, health and safety at work, and employment-related criminal law. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Lisa worked at several Paris-based law firms specializing in employment law and also gained nearly two years of experience at a business law firm in Nouméa, New Caledonia.

Timothée de Prudhomme

Timothée de Prudhomme is a lawyer at Ogletree Deakins. He joined the Tax and Compensation practice group in September 2025, working alongside partner Nicole Goulard and senior attorney Amélie Fiamma.. He provides advice on all tax matters affecting executives and employees, with a particular focus on compensation policies, employee share ownership plans, and international mobility transactions. He also helps companies and their executives to structure and secure their compensation, management packages and asset transfers, taking into account the tax, social and governance aspects specific to each project. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Timothée gained significant experience at law firms specialising in compensation law and personal and international taxation. He worked on compensation, benefits, and executive mobility transactions.
