Emily Young concentrates her practice in the areas of public finance and project and equipment finance. She represents clients as counsel to underwriters, issuers, borrowers, financial institutions, and trustees.

Emily represents financial institutions with respect to equipment finance transactions, including rail and aviation assets.

In addition, Emily practices in the areas of Public Finance and Tax-Exempt lending. She serves as underwriter’s counsel to banks and issuers, as well as Disclosure Counsel to the State of North Carolina.
