Alexander “Alex” Ash is a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Alex advises public and privately held clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, business entity formation, securities offerings, financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as an associate cases editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. Prior to law school, Alex graduated cum laude with a B.A. in political science and a minor in economics from the University of Alabama.
