Career

Henry Ward focuses his practice on preparing and negotiating technology and commercial agreements and counseling clients in connection with patent, trademark, copyright, advertising regulations and litigation matters. He is a frequent author and speaker on intellectual property law developments and a trained mechanical engineer.

Henry counsels clients on obtaining, protecting, licensing and enforcing IP in a variety of industries, including metallurgy, welding, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, semiconductor fabrication, financial services, insurance, professional sports, entertainment, sporting equipment, apparel, medical services and devices, cosmetics, retail and wholesale distribution of food products and general merchandise, and textiles.

Henry has extensive experience with information technology agreements and represents a number of publicly traded companies in transactional and other IP matters in a range of industries, including healthcare and telecommunications.

In addition, Henry regularly represents nonprofit organizations and individuals in pro bono matters.
