Career

As a litigator with nearly twenty-five years’ experience, Chris Yeilding specializes in environmental litigation and toxic torts.  For example, for many years, Chris has represented a performance materials manufacturer, including in the defense of lawsuits involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). That representation has included the defense of class actions, multi-district litigation, mass actions, and individual lawsuits alleging property damage, nuisance, and personal injury, among other claims.

In addition, Chris has substantial experience over the course of his career with insurance coverage analysis and insurance disputes, on behalf of carriers and policyholders.  Chris also spends a significant part of his practice on real estate-related lawsuits, including condemnations and easement disputes.
