April D. Wise concentrates her practice in the area of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, and special needs planning and settlement planning. She also handles other probate court matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. April regularly represents trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries, beneficiaries, professionals, and families with special needs individuals. She is a frequent speaker to a wide variety of audiences and has previously taught Estate Planning at Auburn University Montgomery.
