Michael Taunton focuses his practice on appellate and other complex commercial, business, and public law litigation. He has successfully represented governmental, financial, and business clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, and in an amicus capacity before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Michael's extensive experience includes handling privilege and ethics issues related to complex litigation. Additionally, Michael has experience with  e-discovery, including managing all aspects of discovery and motions, both at the federal and state trial court levels.
