Mark Strain’s primary area of practice involves the representation of electric utilities in a wide array of matters before state and federal agencies, trial courts and courts of appeal. Mark also practices administrative litigation; commercial transactional law for businesses; endorsement and NIL contracts for professional and college athletes; and entertainment law, representing musicians, record labels, and other music industry participants in contractual and other matters.
