Chris Still has more than 20 years of experience representing energy and public utility clients in a broad array of transaction matters involving renewable energy (including solar, wind and battery storage), fossil fuel and transmission assets.  Chris specializes in energy transactions for public utilities and power plant owners and investors, including power purchase agreements, construction and equipment procurement (EPC) agreements, development and site control activities, renewable energy products, interconnection agreements, retail service contracts and O&M agreements.  Chris also regularly represents clients in mergers and acquisitions involving energy companies and electric infrastructure assets, including renewable energy and fossil fuel plants.
