With more than 25 years of practice,Sean Shirley regularly represents clients in complex personal injury, property damage, toxic tort, product liability, and wrongful death cases including, but not limited to, workplace and industrial accidents, electrical systems, gas pipeline systems, longwall mining, and their components, child restraint systems, construction materials and HVAC products, among others. Sean has first-chair jury trial experience and has tried multiple jury trials to verdict. Sean has recovered multiple seven-figure settlements on behalf of clients in product liability, construction defect and insurance coverage litigation.

I have represented clients throughout the Southeast and have appeared in state and federal courts in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Texas.
