Tim Segers counsels clients on a wide variety of corporate, business, and tax matters.  Tim's corporate and business practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and planning, choice of entity, corporate governance, contracts, securities, and a wide variety of other general corporate matters. His tax practice focuses primarily on the federal and state taxation of corporations, partnerships and other pass-through entities, and includes tax planning and structuring of business formations, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
