Bryan Sawyers has a litigation-oriented practice representing individuals and private and public entities in all phases of litigation from the trial court to the appellate level.  Bryan's litigation experience includes a wide range of civil matters, including business disputes, real estate transactions, tax controversies, bad faith claims, creditor's rights, and public records requests.  He has successfully represented clients before the Mississippi Supreme Court and federal circuit courts.

Bryan also has significant experience in environmental matters, public contract procurement, workers' compensation and corporate matters.
