Career

Alan Rogers is a trial lawyer and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He chaired the firm for nine years, during which time he helped strengthen Balch's reputation for excellence. Alan guides clients in avoiding and solving problems and advocates for clients before courts, arbitrators, and regulators. Alan helps businesses solve problems and prevent disputes before they get to court. Alan offers clients a balanced approach to problem solving and aggressive advocacy. Understanding that problem solving requires a full skill set, Alan is also a certified mediator and has mediated business, casualty, and insurance disputes at the request of attorneys and judges.
