Brittany Fuss focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including personal injury and wrongful death cases, property disputes, premises liability suits, nuisance and trespass suits, and complex commercial litigation. Brittany advises and represents clients at every stage of litigation in both state and federal courts. Brittany regularly represents electric utilities, including both investor-owned and electric cooperatives, advising on eminent domain and prescriptive easement matters, and assisting with the acquisition of property rights to support the construction, operation, and maintenance of electrical facilities.
