Paige Bodziak focuses her practice on commercial transactions, with an emphasis on commercial lending, office and retail leasing, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from due diligence to preparing and finalizing transaction documents. Paige has experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, warehousing agreements, and vendor contracts.

In addition to her real estate and corporate practice, Paige advises clients on evolving data privacy laws, specifically with respect to the preparation of privacy policies and negotiation of data processing agreements.
