S. Eason Balch Jr.'s practice focuses on drafting, reviewing and analyzing legislation, developing legislative strategy for passage, defeat or amendment of legislation, advising clients regarding federal and state ethics laws, Alabama lobbying laws and federal and state campaign finance laws and laws relating to the establishment and operation of federal and state political committees. Eason also represented the firm's clients before the Alabama Public Service Commission, trial and appellate courts in Alabama and the U.S. appellate courts.
