Emily McKee's practice includes a wide variety of corporate matters. She regularly represents corporate clients in a broad array of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity sales, and general commercial contracting, including vendor and supply agreements. In addition to her general corporate practice, Emily specializes in energy-related transactions and represents energy clients in various matters, including power purchase agreements, equipment purchase and supply agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, and operating and service agreements for nuclear, natural gas, energy storage, and solar facilities. Emily also advises clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and other probate matters such as guardianships and conservatorships.
