Walter McKay maintains a broad based commercial real estate practice, primarily representing developers, mortgage lenders, equity investors, and other transaction parties in connection with the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, leasing, disposition, and refinancing of various classes of real property, including industrial facilities, multifamily housing complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and single family planned communities. As a component to his practice, Walter has developed an expertise in the review and issuance of a variety of title insurance products, including owner and lender title insurance policies and endorsements, both in Alabama and various other states.
