Marnie McCormick focuses on civil appeals and litigated matters involving utilities and other heavily regulated industries in Texas and federal jurisdictions. In addition to her appellate work, Marnie advises clients on administrative law principles and constitutional issues that arise in regulatory disputes. She works closely with trial and regulatory teams to develop strategy, distill complicated legal issues, and present clear, persuasive arguments for courts and decision-makers.
