Lane Knight’s practice is diverse, focusing on general business disputes, including banking and mortgage servicing litigation, labor and employment law, products liability and casualty litigation, patent litigation, education law, title insurance litigation, and municipal law. Lane has represented clients before all state and federal courts in the State of Alabama, and before administrative tribunals, including the United States International Trade Commission. Lane is an experienced trial lawyer; however, his goal is to creatively solve problems for his clients so that matters never reach the courtroom.
