Benton Hughes represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including multifamily apartments, residential subdivision developments, retail shopping centers and office buildings. Benton has experience at all stages in a transaction and assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, review of due diligence materials, title examination, financing and development. Benton's practice also includes representing lenders in connection with commercial lending and loan workouts.
