Jason L. Harvey focuses on real estate with a concentration in renewable energy and commercial financing. He has provided real estate due diligence and transaction support in wind, solar, and battery storage projects which have greatly increased capacity within ERCOT by more than 2600MW. In his banking practice, while representing lenders in a variety of transactions, he has a special emphasis on government guaranteed lending as evidenced by his qualification as a Designated Attorney by the Small Business Administration.

In addition to his focus on institutional clients in his real estate and banking practices, Jason assists individuals with their estate planning needs, and he is recognized as Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
