Lewis Csedrik has represented clients throughout the nuclear industry for over twenty years, including electric utilities, nuclear suppliers, and other types of licensees, such as hospitals and industrial users of nuclear materials. His practice focuses on counseling clients on work environment issues, investigations and enforcement matters, whistleblower litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and other state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as federal court.

Additionally, Lewis assists clients with assessing and enhancing their safety conscious work environment and safety culture. He also provides training in these and other areas, including conducting and defending investigations and best practices to ensure complete and accurate reporting. Lewis is a guest instructor at INPO as part of its Senior Nuclear Plant Management Course.
