Steven Corhern focuses on insurance coverage, mass torts, and class actions. He often helps policyholders prepare claims and regularly advises businesses on the insurance requirements and indemnity provisions in their contracts. Steven has also represented numerous organizational clients in “bet the company” litigation involving product defects, PFAS contamination, and civil rights statutes. He actively practices in both state and federal courts in Alabama and has handled appeals to the Alabama Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit
