Hyde Carby specializes in helping individuals and families set up estate plans to pass on their families' values and assets, from high-net worth and business succession planning to young families just starting out. He uses his skills and experience to create financial security, family harmony, and tax efficiency.

With more than a decade of experience litigating will contests for beneficiaries and resolving complex estates for executors and administrator's in court and otherwise, Hyde has the unique ability to see problems before they arise and develop estate plans that ensure clients' wishes are met while minimizing litigation. Additionally, Hyde's litigation experience has prepared him to defend and minimize the risk of any disputes that may arise in court.

Additionally, Hyde is an experienced litigator who has tried multiple jury trials to verdict, and has asserted or defended dispositive motions in both state and federal court.
