Ben Bryant has developed a litigation practice encompassing a number of complex commercial matters. Ben helps manage efforts by major pipelines to condemn tracts required for construction of multi-state projects. He regularly represents insured lenders in proceedings to remedy defects arising from real estate transactions. A former journalist, Ben began his legal career in the civil litigation division of the Mississippi Attorney General's Office. There, he represented state agencies and officials in numerous cases before state and federal courts
