James Bradford counsels and represents clients in a wide variety of matters and disputes relating to the ownership and use of, as well as the validity and priority of mortgages and liens on, real property. With more than 35 years of experience in the law of boundary lines, easements, eminent domain, liens, mortgages, title insurance and title resolution, James combines the substantive knowledge of real estate law with the skills of an effective litigator to solve his clients’ problems.
