Bert Amason is experienced in financial institution regulation, corporate financing, and real estate transactions. He regularly advises banks and other lenders on how to navigate the regulatory waters. In addition, Bert assists banks and other lenders with the structuring of their credit facilities to make sure that their collateral is secured by properly documenting their loans. He also advises landowners and tenants in real estate transactions ranging from the leasing of space for retail operations or entire office buildings to the purchase of property for large industrial sites. Bert helps his clients obtain efficient outcomes for the transactions that he works on with the objective of a long term success for his clients.
