Career

Peter LeJeune represents owners and operators in new nuclear plant development and licensing, regulatory, and commercial matters for operating units. He also represents clients in connection with numerous nuclear power plant acquisitions. Peter represented Georgia Power Company and Southern Nuclear throughout the development, licensing, and construction of Vogtle Units 3 and 4 and currently advises Southern Nuclear regarding licensing, regulatory, and contract administration issues for Southern Nuclear’s fleet. Peter also works on new nuclear projects in the United States, Poland, and throughout western and central Europe. In addition to traditional large light water nuclear plant development and operation, Peter regularly advises clients on licensing, commercialization, and deployment of SMRs and GEN IV advanced nuclear plant designs.
