Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS (2009), Daniel has national and international professional and academic training, such as “Court-Supervised Reorganization” and “Business and Community Leadership” from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER/SP, and “The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking” from Harvard University.

He is an active member of the “Turnaround Management Association – TMA BRASIL” and the “Committee on Bankruptcy and Court-Supervised Reorganization” of OAB/RS.

He was Legal Vice-President and Officer at Associação dos Dirigentes de Marketing e Vendas do Brasil – ADVB/RS in the 2010-2011 and 2012-2013 biennia.

He is co-editor for the work “Recuperação Judicial de Empresas: Temais Atuais” and co-author of the book “Turnaround: Revigorando Empresas Familiares”.

Daniel Báril is coordinator and professor of the Court-Supervised Reorganization Program at Escola Superior da Advocacia (ESA-RS), having been invited several times to teach and lecture at important educational schools, such as PUC, UCS, UPF, and Unisc.

He is the author of several articles in major newspapers, such as Estadão, Valor Econômico, and Folha de São Paulo.
