Graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with a postgraduate degree in Business Economics from the School of Economics at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, in the United States.
Crepaldi has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across various industries, corporate reorganizations, negotiation of complex contracts, corporate governance, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Before joining Silveiro Advogados, he worked at Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo and Latham & Watkins in Chicago, United States.
