He served as General Director of the firm from 2017 to 2019, is a member of Ibradim (Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law), and of the Special Commission on Real Estate Law of the Federal Council of OAB.

His ability to handle complex cases and multidisciplinary projects is frequently recognized by clients. He has a solid foundation in corporate issues, agribusiness, and litigation. Mutti also achieves effective results for clients due to his skills as a negotiator.

His experience includes a period as an in-house lawyer for a major telecommunications company. He was also a pioneer in the office's expansion project to São Paulo.

Graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2005), he holds a specialization in Civil Law from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2007), and is certified in complex negotiations by Insper (2013) and CMI Interser (2018).
