Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with postgraduate diplomas in Industrial and Intellectual Property; Law and Artificial Intelligence; and Litigation and New Procedures, all completed at the same institution.

During his 12 years as an associate at SILVA, Opazo has demonstrated deep knowledge and skill in the field of trademarks, establishing himself as an expert in the area. For this reason, in 2024 he was appointed Head of the Trademark Department at the firm. He has successfully managed both national and international portfolios for distinguished clients of our office, including Falabella, Entel, Sigdo Koppers, Grupo Bimbo, TVN, The NotCo, and LATAM.
