Manuel is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica de Temuco. He has extensive experience in intellectual property and is part of the international trademark department at SILVA. He holds a diploma in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has completed several courses in the same practice area at WIPO. He also holds a diploma in Medicines, Biological Products, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, and Disinfectants from the Universidad de Chile. His experience covers the prosecution of trademarks, patents, copyright, neighboring rights, plant varieties, and other intellectual property assets.
