Leading partner of Guerrero Olivos’ public law and regulated markets group. He specializes in constitutional and administrative law and regulated industries. He assists regulated and non-regulated entities, in straightforward regulatory processes and transactional matters (M&A, energy projects, banking and finance, mining, transport, sanitary, TMT, pharmaceutical, real estate, port and customs, among others).

Career

He is praised as an expert in public law and as a strong and recognized academic. He teaches administrative law, directs the Masters and Diplomat programs and was the Academic Secretary at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso for several years.

He obtained his degree at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and is a Doctor in Law and Master in Territorial and Urban Politics from Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain. Also, he has a Master in Mining Law from the Universidad de Atacama.
