Position

Francisco is senior associate, member of the public law and regulated markets area. He specializes in constitutional law, administrative law, and regulated activities. In particular, TMT, fishing law and aquaculture, maritime concessions, and life sciences regulation. In addition, he is active in regulatory processes, public procurement, and representing domestic and international companies before local regulators.

Career

In the academic field, he is a professor of Administrative Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and previously served as an academic in Political and Constitutional Law at the same university. Between 2018 and 2019, he taught History of Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Andrés Bello.
