Juan Enrique is the principal partner of Guerrero Olivos and a member of the corporate, banking & finance, data protection, new technologies and cybersecurity areas. In addition, he is the leading partner of the TMT practice.

He specializes in highly regulated deals assisting domestic and foreign companies in international M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. He is also highly regarded in complex negotiations and restructuring processes. Serves as a member of the Advisory Panel of the Digital Regulations Desk of the American-Chilean Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Communication Committee. Also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association (DCBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Chilean Bar Association.

In 2001, Juan Enrique served as a foreign attorney in Washington, D.C., gaining valuable international legal experience at two distinguished law firms: Piper, Marbury, Rudnick & Wolfe and Swidler, Berlin, Shereff, Friedman, LLP. His work during this time involved engaging with complex legal matters in a cross-border context, enhancing his expertise in U.S. legal practices and contributing to high-level legal projects within both firms.
