Position

Roberto is a senior associate, member of the public law and regulated markets area. He specializes in constitutional law, administrative law, and regulated activities. In particular, TMT, fishing law and aquaculture, maritime concessions, and life sciences regulation. In addition, he is active in regulatory processes, public procurement, and representing domestic and international companies before local regulators.

Career

Roberto is an Alumni Ambassador (Chile) of King’s College London; he was awarded the Dickson Poon School of Law Prize for best student on the LL.M. (2017) and won a scholarship granted by the Chilean Estate for studying a master abroad (2016).

In the academic field, he has been a professor of Administrative Law at Universidad Mayor School of Law. As part of his experience, he was an advisor attorney in the Office of the National Defense Department (2012) and in the Civil Industrial Engineering School of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2011).
