Pedro Noceti Achával is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2022.

His practice areas include White Collar & Corporate Crime and Compliance, covering anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, cyber-crimes, embezzlement, fraud, economic crimes, exchange crimes, environmental offenses, tax and fiscal offenses, forgery, negligence and non-intentional crimes, intellectual property, custom offenses, corporate criminal responsibility, among others.

Pedro obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2021) and holds a diploma in Economic Criminal Law from the Universidad Austral (2022). He has also taken various courses on complex crimes and financial crimes.

Prior to joining Beccar Varela, he worked in the National Justice Department in Criminal and Correctional Matters (2015-2022), becoming Clerk of the National Criminal Court N° 11.

In 2025, he joined an International Secondment program at the Gómez Acebo & Pombo law firm (Madrid, Spain).

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the San Isidro Bar Association, the private Buenos Aires City Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.

He speaks Spanish and English.
