Gonzalo Ochoa is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2013.

He focuses on financial and banking regulations, banks and financial entities, financial loans and project finance, advising local and international financial transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience in commercial contracts. He is also part of the Fintech department, where he assists clients with cross-border payment initiatives, with a special focus on regulatory aspects.

Gonzalo obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2008), and his LL. M. in International Law – Investments, Trade and Arbitration from Heidelberg University (Germany) and Universidad de Chile (double grade, 2012).

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He also actively participates in the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Argentine Republic (CECRA, for its acronym in Spanish).
