Andrea joined our firm in 2008 and is a partner since 2020. Her main areas of practice are Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law. She practices in Mergers and Acquisitions, in the family business area, and covers the following industries: services; casinos; oil; agro-industrial; hotel; paper and forestry; investment funds and family offices. Andrea has participated in numerous and important transactions, advising international clients during the whole acquisition process, development and financing process.
