Fernando joined our firm in 2001, and has been a partner since 2009. He is one of the partners leading the Litigation Area. He specializes in litigation and arbitration, both national and international. He has been in charge of and participated in issues relating to many different areas of the economic sphere, including, but not limited to, concessions, mining, the environment, corporate conflicts, compensation, restructuring and bankruptcy.
